Matthew Kash
Matthew founded EJM Investment Properties in 2024 to bring institutional underwriting discipline to small- and mid-cap multifamily across Michigan.
Together with two partners, he leads every stage of the work — sourcing and acquisitions, underwriting and capital structure, lender relationships, and ongoing asset management. The team is deliberately small and hands-on, so investors deal directly with the people running their deal.
EJM partners with experienced co-general partners and management on individual transactions, while EJM retains responsibility for strategy, reporting, and investor relations.
